SSI Schaefer is a global leader in the supply of warehouse and logistics systems, with more than 70 locations, 8 manufacturing facilities, and over 10,000 employees worldwide. The company is also deeply committed to innovation in intralogistics, with the goal of continuously improving customer satisfaction.
One of its strategic production sites is located in the Czech Republic.
Its IT department was seeking a replacement for its existing ELISA system. Although ELISA met basic requirements, over time, the team began facing limitations in customer support and increasing operational costs.
